Eligibility

The Bhushan Dandawate STEM Scholarship is centered around academic achievement and a demonstrated passion for STEM. The criteria for eligibility are as follows: 

  • Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university in the United States.
  • Applicants must be pursuing a degree in a STEM field.
  • Applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to their education and a clear vision for their future career in a STEM field.

Application process

The Bhushan Dandawate STEM Scholarship is designed to assess not only academic performance but also the applicant’s dedication to their chosen STEM field. The application requirements include: 

  • Completion of the online application form.
  • A 500-1000 word essay on a provided topic related to the applicant's STEM field of study and career goals.

Essay Questions:

Discuss a current issue or development in the STEM field that you are passionate about. How do you plan to contribute to this area through your studies and future career? How will the Bhushan Dandawate STEM Scholarship support you in this endeavor?
